Profile

Enes Özcan is a PhD student at the Alliance of Civilizations Institute, Ibn Haldun University. His research focuses on Political Thought, Economic Theory, and Intellectual History, with a particular emphasis on Late Ottoman Political Thought. He holds a Master’s degree from the Higher School of Economics (Moscow), where he completed his thesis on political norms and values in contemporary Russia. He works with sources in Turkish, English, French, Arabic, and Russian. Previously, he also worked as a research assistant at the Maqasid Institute.
